The notion of fusing eastern and western cuisines became quite the hype a few years back. Mostly it consisted of blending the cuisines from the continents together in one manner or another. Here, at Fuzian, we strive to maintain the cuisines from all of Asia authentic and yet give it that western touch.
What we are about is simple: a medley of Asian cuisines, which have the anticipation to please the western palate.
We are about good food, good ambiance and excellent service. All in all, an enjoyable fine dining experience.
