  • Can I use the 'ECig' Everywhere and Anywhere?
  • Legally, yes. However, since the 'ECig' is still relatively unknown in these parts, we recommend you 'smoke' them in our premises. If you must do so elsewhere, we recommend you ask permission of the manager or equal before hand. Please check ahead with the airline you're flying with to see if they allow the 'ECig' on board.
  • I'm very skeptical. Can I try out the 'ECig' before I buy?
  • You can but, due to hygiene issues, we can only lend out the battery (the white part) and not the cartomizer (the 'filter' part). If you'd like to try out the 'ECig', we offer the caromizer in various flavours at $4.99 each.
  • Is the 'ECig' CFIA approved?
  • Electronic cigarettes do not fall under the jurisdiction of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), the TTB (The Alcohol and Tobacco Trade Bureau), or the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) as they do not contain tobacco or nicotine. Also, there is no burning involved.
  • Can I save money by switching to ECigs?
  • Absolutely. You can eliminate the weekly expense of purchasing cigarettes. 'ECigs' cost about half of what regular cigarettes cost.
  • Is the 'ECig' guarateed?
  • Yes.  SmartSmoke offers its customers a one year warranty against manufacturers defects. We stand behind our product. Shop with confidence!
  • Can I use the 'ECig' to quit smoking?
  • The 'ECig' is simply a smarter alternative to smoking cigarettes. They have not been tested as a smoking cessation device and should only be viewed as simply an alternative to smoking tobacco. They should not be used by non-smokers.
  • How does the battery work and how often does it need to be recharged?
  • When you first purchase the 'ECig' kit, it comes with a USB charger. You simply plug it into your computer, screw on the 'ECig' battery and let it charge. SmartSmoke manufacturers use only high quality, high-tech lithium-ion batteries. These batteries typically last approximately around 200-300 puffs with normal use before they need to be charged. The frequency of charging your battery will depend on how often you inhale. It typically takes about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the battery.
  • How much is it?
  • We offer the starter kit at $49.95. It comes with the battery, a USB charger and 6 cartomizers. You can purchase extra cartomizers at $4.99 each. Home and car chargers are also available.
  • Do you offer the 'ECig' in menthol?
  • Not only do we offer the 'ECig' in menthol, we also carry cartomizer flavours in Cherry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Coffee and Apple. We are in the process of pairing our martinis with these 'ECig' flavours.
